For years I have struggled with ups and downs in my health. I've seen so many Drs and specialist yet I never seem to get answers or long term solutions. I know through experience that diet was the key in healing my Psoriasis, so I believe diet is the key and the starting point to healing all kinds of issues and imbalances within my body. I'm so grateful for coming across Dr. Cabrals podcasts initially. He is a functional medicine Dr, so its a very different perspective then speaking to a regular primary care Dr in my opinion. I became hooked on the podcasts months ago and kept searching key words of issues I was dealing with to hear what to do and how to fix them. I then signed on to the fb group Dr Cabral Dextox and read his book - "The rain barrell effect". Everything really resonated with me and I've been hooked ever since. I did the big 5 lab test to get an overall view of my health and where the issues were and started with a 21 day detox which helps get your liver functioning more efficiently. Followed by the CBO protocol I'm currently on to heal my gut, which is where a lot of the issues stem from for most people. I will post more about my specific journey in time but this is a starting point for anyone this resonates with too.
